Linda Tellington Jones inspired balance reins
Inspired by renowned horse trainer Linda Tellington Jones, our balance reins are braided and designed to allow for improved independent rein control and hand position.
By using the balance reins, you help the horse to raise its chest and make it easier to descend. This can lead to better balancing and thus to improved transitions. Young horses in particular benefit from being able to keep their balance better.
The balance reins are used in a similar way to the curb reins. The balancer replaces the traditional reins, while the reins themselves take the position of the curb reins. Communication with the horse takes place through gentle impulses.
