Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy option. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon but is currently out of stock. We may not collect payment or a partial payment at checkout, save your payment method, and then process and collect all or the remaining payment at a later date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
